"Thank you for accepting and completing the window cleaning at Marquise Estates. I can tell you that we have had positive feed back from some of our residents not only for the work done but also for the courteous and professional conduct of the workers particularly one resident whose window had a "guano" type substance. Your staff took extra care to put up a ladder and scrape the window.

Our past experience with members of your industry have not been the best. The last company was summoned back numerous times and finally told to go away after leaving the same windows dirty time after time.

We were anxious about contacting an "unknown quantity", but our anxieties have been allayed and we look forward to a long association with your company and services..."
